I don't usually post here, and had forgotten for some time. Still, I've been making a lot of changes to my website many behind the scenes. Here is the original post I published at the official Phat Baby Photography blog. but I occasionally still feel compelled to post on xanga.


...well at least the beta version of Phat Baby Photography. Beta as in Adobe beta where feature requests are still welcome and the site will continue to evolve. I hope this doesn't turn into a Google Beta where gmail is stuck in limbo for almost two years. ...and for all my friends in the software industry, forgive me for perpetuating the notion that Beta accommodates additional features and enhancements.

It turns out that Aidan and Zoe can only provide so much feedback on the updated website so I'm opening this up for a free for all. Check out the new site and add your comments below or if you are shy send me an email from the contact link of the site.

There were three shortcomings I was attempting to address:

1. Showing more of my work. Turns out no one really cares to read the text or my jokes on the old site.
   
2. Adapting the site for larger monitors or what I call the Costco effect.
   
3. Making the site more interactive and therefore engaging. Okay it's not the wii but the navigation is intended to be bubbly and fun.
